We live in a world that regularly attacks womxn, people of color, queer folks, trans folks, and differently abled people. People who live at the intersections of those identities are the ones most often doing the emotional labor of correcting the legions of fan bros, while trying to remain calm and stay safe. How do we identify harm and violence in fandom spaces? Whose job is it to correct someone who has said or done something wrong, and what happens after that? Join this panel of Black and queer cosplayers as we explore the art of correction at the intersections of race, gender, and sexual orientation.
